Shipping Information

Items are usually shipped within 1-4 business days upon receipt of order. We ship all items within the U.S. inside a hand-embossed gift box inside a box or a padded mailer via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation. Should your wish to purchase insurance, please request at time of purchase so that we may send out a revised invoice for the additional charges.

Shipping on all orders is a flat $5 fee within U.S. and $0.50 for additional items. USPS has doubled their rate for the international package in 2016, if you are outside the U.S., the package comes with a padded mailer via First Class International Package for $9.50(Canada); $14 everywhere else and $0.75 for additional items (again, additional charge to purchase insurance for the package).

Please verify that your shipping address is correct. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Sora Designs items are crafted carefully with high-quality materials and inspected scrupulously before shipping. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are always glad to accept it for return or exchange in it's original, unused condition, less the cost of shipping. Returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of the item, and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of order.

In the unlikely event your piece breaks, we will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs) within 30 days of date of purchase. After that time, we may have to charge a small fee. Please contact us first to discuss the nature of the repair required.
