♫♪♫As a small token to thank you for your support. All orders shipping to most Asia countries enjoy free shipping and it takes about 6 to 10 days to arrive

♫♪♫ Orders shipping to USA, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia enjoy flat rate $8 and it takes about 12-15 days to arrive

♫♪♫ Orders shipping to UK and EU countries enjoy flat rate $5 shipping and it takes about 12 to 15 days to arrive

♫♪♫ For the rest of the areas, enjoy flat rate shipping of $8 usd and it usually takes about 14 days to arrive depending on your country's postal system:-)

Please verify that your shipping address is correct and add the correct phone numbers for the shipping label. We will not be held responsible for items shipped to the wrong address.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Sora Designs items are crafted carefully with high-quality materials and inspected scrupulously before shipping. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are always glad to accept it for return or exchange in it's original, unused condition, less the cost of shipping. Returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of the item, and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of order.

In the unlikely event your piece breaks, we will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs) within 30 days of date of purchase. After that time, we may have to charge a small fee. Please contact us first to discuss the nature of the repair required.
