I will be traveling to Taiwan to visit family starting March 20th.

Vacation Mode: The shop will be on break from March 20th – March 25th.

Reopening March 26th: I will resume shipping on March 26th, directly from Taiwan. To thank you for your continued support, flat rate USA shipping is $6 usd, Canada, England, and most EU countries, Australia and New Zealand is $5 usd;Taiwan, Japan and Hong Kong is FREE shipping!

Estimated International Shipping Times (from Taiwan):

Regular Air Mail: ~14 business days (USA, UK, EU, and Australia).

~ 8 business days (Japan, Hong Kong)

Postal Express: 5–9 business days (USA, UK, EU, and Australia).

DHL Express: Available for faster delivery.

📞 Important: Please include your phone number in the order notes. It is required for the express service and highly recommended for international air mail.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

Sora Designs items are crafted carefully with high-quality materials and inspected scrupulously before shipping. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we are always glad to accept it for return or exchange in it's original, unused condition, less the cost of shipping. Returns may be made within 10 days of receipt of the item, and exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of order.

In the unlikely event your piece breaks, we will repair it free of charge (less shipping costs) within 30 days of date of purchase. After that time, we may have to charge a small fee. Please contact us first to discuss the nature of the repair required.
