Sea Turtle symbolizes longevity, peace, grounding, ancient wisdom, and emotional strength. Turtle carries the world on its back, grounding it wherever it goes. The blue opal stone is a mineral with a composition similar to that of quartz, but with water molecules inside. Like all blue stones, blue opal has a cooling and sedative effect. It is used in the energy field to stimulate the balance of the mind and to harmonize both hemispheres of the brain.

These earrings are made with all sterling silver wire and metal sheet. The turtles are sewed, the hoops are forged and the blue opal is set on the hoops and the ear posts are soldered onto the hoops. The circles are about 20mm wide.
